No. Inputs are sent only to Anthropic for that specific deck's generation. We do not contribute your inputs to model training.

Yes. You download an editable .pptx that opens cleanly in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides. You also get a PDF and a shareable link.

If your deck fails to generate or has a technical defect, yes — we fix it or refund you within 7 days. Since the deck is a downloadable file you keep, a working deck that's already been downloaded isn't refundable for a change of mind. Preview the full deck on-screen before you download. Email contact@acctan.com with your order ID.

Pro: cancel any time; a billing period is refundable within 7 days only if no unwatermarked file was downloaded on the account in that period — previewing on-screen is always free, so you can judge the decks without using the period up. Done-for-you: full refund before we start; once work begins you get up to two rounds of revisions instead of a refund, and the order completes when you approve the draft.

RaiseDeck is a product of ACCTAN Corp., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. That's the name you'll see on your card statement (ACCTAN* RAISEDECK) and on your Stripe receipt, and it's who you're contracting with under our Terms. Support and billing questions go to contact@acctan.com.

Prices are shown excluding tax. Whether tax applies depends on where you are — it's calculated at checkout before you pay, and itemised on your receipt, so you always see the final amount first. If you're a business with a VAT, GST or equivalent number, you can enter it at checkout.

Yes. Decks are only visible to you unless you create a share link. Service-role access is restricted to webhook and admin processes.

Fix it before you commit: regenerate any slide with one click, switch templates, and read the whole deck in the free on-screen preview — that's the point at which to walk away if it isn't right, and it costs you nothing. If you've already downloaded the unwatermarked file, that counts as accepting it, so a working deck isn't refundable on a change of mind. Downloaded and something is genuinely broken — missing slides, a failed generation, a technical defect? Email contact@acctan.com within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Once you own the .pptx you can also edit it freely in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
